Resident Information
Welcome to your apartment community! We are so pleased you chose to make your home with us. For your convenience, please find a copy of the "Resident Handbook" designed to orientate you with our apartment community and to answer a variety of frequently asked questions.

Fire Prevention
JAMCO Properties, Inc. maintains an active fire prevention plan including preventive maintenance and resident education. Remember, most fires start from unattended cooking or matches and candles. Review the fire prevention and safety tips in the Resident Handbook. Each rental home comes equipped with a smoke detector (we recommend testing smoke detectors monthly) and fire extinguisher. If one of these becomes damaged, lost, stolen or inoperable, please contact management immediately.

Pest Control
Each of our apartment communities maintains a routine exterminating schedule. Please notify the on-site management should you require additional service. We are happy to schedule an appointment.

Drug-Free Community
JAMCO Properties, Inc. practices a zero tolerance policy for drugs in our apartment communities and each resident must sign a drug-free housing lease addendum committing the resident to this policy. Violation of this policy is grounds for termination of residency.

Good Neighbor Policy
All policies in your Resident Handbook apply to residents and their guests. Please remain considerate of your neighbors and help us maintain a quiet, clean and respectable apartment home community.

Pet Policy
Pets are more than OK, they're welcomed parts of your family. Dogs, cats, birds and fish are allowed. Breed restrictions apply and must be approved by management. All JAMCO properties require a signed Pet Agreement* for each pet from pet owners. A non-refundable pet fee and pet rent is due for each pet.

*Please note: At any time during a lease when a pet is acquired, the Pet Agreement must be engaged.
